an unforgettable night at the hollywood forever cemetery with chanting monks, the sweet sounds of bon iver and a crowd of blankets and ears that stayed for as long as seven hours as night turned to fog... check my GALLERY and randall robert's article on laweekly.com.



not your average bikini car wash... this one (thrown by pingping, the rabbit and the hear gallery with proceeds going to help dj notorious jen) featured a slew of dj's, graffiti art, live portraits, hot dogs and jello shots, talented bikini'd gals and speedo'd guys, kids pools, massages and a bunch of photogs. look for more in the near future! i donated my saturday to one of my favorite non profits, H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everywhere) who teamed up with JAYO and The Sinjin Smith Volleyball Academy to raise money for Autism and HOPE and other great causes. here are some of my photos and i even got to play a little bit toward the end of the day.




scion's (another of my favorite for-profit companies) latest tour features 40 artist's 'self portraits' and an auction with 100 percent of the proceeds going toward 'Creative Capital,' the premier national artist support organization (www.creativecapital.org). bid here! above, art by lisa alisa and jeff soto, and artists mark mothersbaugh (of devo), christina m. felice and kofie with their pieces.
