2/18 Scion House Party- Rusko

Rusko teamed up w/ 3 other DJ's (Congo Rock, AC Slater and 12th Planet) at the latest Scion House Party @ The Roxy. It was a packed house and, as always, a great party. Gallery:

2/14 Lucent L'Amour Festival for Metromix

Lucent Dossier and Z-Trip (both featured above) Adam Freeland and many more rocked Valentines Day at the Lucent L'Amour festival. 1/2 rave, 1/2 burning man reunion, the costumes and performances were amazing. Check my gallery on Metromix:

2/14 "Carrie" Massacre at Fubar for Metromix

Metromix also had me cover the Valentine's Day massacre at Fubar which included a blood soaked transvestite prom queen in a Carrie re-enactment. It was definitely an experience! Gallery on Metromix:

2/12 DC Shoes MTV Premiere- Rob Drydek's 'Fantasy Factory'

DC Shoes sponsored the MTV premiere of Rob's new reality tv show "Fantasy Factory" which takes place in a sweet warehouse filled w/ skate parks, a giant trampoline and plenty of other potentially dangerous activities (which explains the release form i had to sign on the way in). I actually saw a photographer get landed on by a guy doing a back flip on a bike. Good times. Check Dub Daily for a few more of my photos and my gallery is coming soon.

2/8 Sara Bareilles at the Grammys

Sara B brought me along to document her first grammy experience (she was nominated for song of the year and best female pop vocalist). It was quite a day.

2/4 Scion Metal- Pig Destroyer

One of the most insane metal shows yet featured balcony stage diving and so much craziness on stage that at one point security backed off and decided it was every man for themself. Props to Pig Destroyer and Trash Talk for their energy.

2/3 Scion Easy 10 Film Premiere

I switched cameras and changed clothes (see entry below) before heading to Landmark Theater for Scion's VIP party and screening of their 10 sponsored indie films. The photos are featured in Vapors Mag and my Gallery.

2/3 Conquest Champagne Celebration

Conquest Housing (my first client ever) called me in to document a locker room style champagne celebration after the sale of their biggest building by USC. It was a night to remember and proved that all good things do come to an end.

1/29 Raining Jane @ HOB + Becky's Bday

Bassist Becky Gebhardt celebrated her birthday with a Raining Jane performance at House of Blues in downtown Disney. Guitar birthday cake, shots, fake tattoos... we had it all. Gallery:

1/28 Tom's Shoes and Element Launch Party

Tom's Shoes and Element Skateboards combined for a new shoe line launch... for every pair of shoes bought one pair is donated to a child in need. Check it out and buy some gear! Some of my photos will be featured in the next Foam Magazine as well.

1/27 Aras at El Cid

Friend, Survivor winner and musician Aras played his second show ever for a packed house at El Cid. I documented the band's rehearsal, dinner and live performance (gallery coming soon).

1/17- Fairytale of Berlin Gallery Opening

1/16 ExpressJet to Sundance for Metromix

Metromix had me go out on a rare red carpet adventure to document Paris Hilton and Brittany Snow in 30 tons of real snow at LAX (on their way to sundance). Was quite an experience! Check the Metromix gallery for more snow frolicking fun.

1/15 Scion House Party- DFA Artists

"To celebrate Scion's house party, DFA Records and The Juan MacLean brought their insane disco and acid house to the Roxy, while also premiering Yacht. If that weren't enough, L.A. twosome Classixx made an appearance and blew the roof right off the famous Sunset Strip club." 1/11-1/14 Dolce & Gabbana behind the scenes

I spent 4 days on set w/ Scarlett Johansson and legendary photographer John Baptiste Mondino shooting behind the scenes of their new Dolce and Gabbana ad campaign. I can't post any photos until the ad runs but you'll know when it does. For now here is a photo of me on set w/ my friend Billy.

1/6/09 Javier Dunn @ Room 5

The whole crew got together (Sara B and band, Raining Jane, Jon McLaughlin) for Javier's first solo performance in months. Cool venue, good vibes, great music.
