Tanqueray global ambassador Angus Winchester led a bartending seminar/workshop which included a lot of interesting gin experimentation.

9/15 Voices on Point for the AP

9/15 The Connected Fashion Festival

 It was a scorching 102 degrees downtown on Saturday but that didn't stop bands like White Arrows (above) and a good crowd of fashion seekers from stopping by The Connected Fashion Festival on Saturday.

8/28 Behind the Scenes with Julia Roberts for Lancome

 Sigur Ros had an ethereal, beautiful performance at Hollywood Forever Cemetery last night. The light was minimal at times so I messed around w/ some silhouettes (above). 8/1 Jansport X Benny Gold Agenda Afterparty

 With The Agenda trade show in town there are lots of after parties surrounding it. I covered the Benny Gold event for LA Weekly which featured performances by Hanni El Khatib, Jacuzzi Boys and American Royalty on the deck of the Queen Mary. Gallery HERE 

7/28 Analogue Monsta Release Party

 Tokimonsta (recently added to the Coachella cruise line-up) dropped a new album with Suzi Analogue called Analogue Monsta and The Service Company had me cover the release party Sat night. Additional performances by Kastle, Rob Roy and Samiyam. Gallery here.

 another cool union event with a performance by tommy the clown of "Rize" documentary fame (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0efEID-uCtE) and kids and families enjoying the festivities.

6/20 The Wallflowers for Artists Den

i headed to sf for two photo shoots last week, which gave me a great excuse to hang with the college crew between. one shoot was the wallflower's performance at bimbo's 365 for the TV show "Live from the Artists Den" above. gallery is now up HERE! you can also check out galleries from my adele and mayer hawthorne shoots for them.

6/22 Blake Lively/Gucci Photo in New York Magazine, Vogue, People Magazines

My first Blake Lively photo from the 4 day behind the scenes campaign I shot for Gucci has been released along with the announcement that Blake is the new face for Gucci's Premiere fragrance. The photo above of her and Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn was published in New York Magazine, People, Elle, Vogue Spain, USA Today etc! More images should be released shortly so stay tuned. 6/7 Photobooth for Flavorpill

Flavorpill and Dentyne Ice hired me to set up a photo booth at their recent "Rules of Attraction" party. I hung some fabric from downtown LA on the patio of Salvage Bar and Lounge and good times followed.

categorize this under today's "strange news." i got an email that somebody had won a Red Bull photo contest by illegally entering one of my photos. true enough...
