2013 I hope 2013 finds you happy and healthy. I've just finished shooting season 2 of The X Factor and thought I'd send a recap of some of my other projects from last year. Behind The Scenes with Julia Roberts Lancôme hired me to document their latest ad campaign with Julia Roberts. My BTS photos of the commercial directed by Tarsem Singh (Mirror, Mirror) and filmed over three days in Los Angeles were recently published in Vogue France.  Behind the Scenes with Blake Lively One of my favorite behind the scenes jobs yet was to shoot with Blake Lively and director Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive) for Blake's new Gucci fragrance. You can view some of the photos in Vogue Uk and Elle Magazine, as well as up on my photo blog.  LA Weekly Photography My 4th year shooting for LA Weekly was one of the craziest yet. I had the privilege to shoot Coachella (festival, fashion and parties), Stagecoach, concerts by The XX and Sigur Ros, as well as the usual pool parties, block parties, "holidays" and general LA madness. Mumford & Sons @ The Belasco

 Mumford and Sons performed at The Belasco Theater in downtown LA for the latest Artists Den episode. It was a pretty amazing evening and you can check out more photos and some videos here or on my fb photo page.

Behind the Scenes w/ Julia Roberts

 Lancome hired me to shoot behind the scenes on a 3 day shoot with Julia Roberts for the new La Vie est Belle ad campaign shot by Tarsem Singh (Mirror, Mirror). It was an honor to work w/ them both and the photos have been published here in Vogue Fr.

 jane and i shot a wedding in florence and had a few days after to travel around italy... we spent most of the time eating, drinking and relaxing, but had time to snap a few pix along the way. more photos here:

Toro y Moi Listening Party/DJ set

 toro y moi had an album listening party/chaz art show and dj performance. dam funk also came through as guest performer and red bull and free drinks helped people stay warm in the rain.

Chelsea Handler's Holiday Party Photo Booth

We shot a photo booth at the Chelsea Lately holiday party at the Standard Hollywood and comedians definitely know how to party. Above one of the shots and below is another one being featured in her show.
